Patrick came out to my house today for my first visit and I don’t think I could be more impressed. He was on time, efficient and explained his whole process to me. I hate bugs and he went above and beyond to get rid of what he could and show me different ways I can help prevent the reoccurring issues between services.
The entire experience from scheduling to service was seamless and painless. 10/10 recommend.

No one wants to admit that they have bugs in their kitchen but this is me admitting that I had bugs in my kitchen. I emailed Old Dominion Pest Control and urged them to bring their proton packs. They sent someone out right away and he reassured me that they would take care of my icky problem. Within days, I stopped seeing the creepy crawlers. It was such a relief. They charge $75 for a treatment that lasts three months. Old Dominion is probably the least expensive pest control company in the area. They're very friendly and their treatment worked fast. There's no contract. You can cancel at anytime. I can't recommend them enough.

Patrick and his team are among some of the best pest control we have used in the Hampton Roads area. We used others in the past and still had the "honey, why are there SPIDERS still in the house?" I called the other guys and they would be out in a week. I called Patrick and he was out the day BEFORE THANKSGIVING! Talk about good CS!

He arrives on time, clean cut and someone I would trust inside my house. I do like that he cares about our three cats and doesn't put down any chemical that would harm them. Gus, Bandit and Willow are our family and as cats they seem to like him too! :)

We also tried his mosquito service last summer and wow... no more candles, patches and other snake oil to bother with any more. His spray actually works! He treated our yard once and it was good for over a month.
